I was in extreme pain, making it difficult to stand, sit or walk. The practice was able to find an appointment for me the same day and at the most convenient address for myself. I was extremely impressed at the understanding and efficiency of the first contact by telephone.However, and within a few minutes of being seen by physiotherapist Kieron O’Dea despite the pain and discomfort I felt, that I was in the hands of an intelligent, more than competent professional and that if help was to be had anywhere I will get it here.I was not disappointed. Keiron was careful thorough and considerate. In examining for the sources/causes of my pain his questions were intelligent and incisive.Within an hour he had made significant inroads into my discomfort and given me sensible practical advice (which I followed!). The result was a steady marked improvement over the next few days. Kieron in the meantime telephoned me without any extra charge to check on my progress.I have been for a follow up with Kieron and again he was careful and patient he provided me with a detailed program of exercises with advice on how to avoid future difficulties.I am enormously impressed and grateful. I would heartily recommend this practice to anyone who is suffering from muscular or similar discomfort.
